  • Sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Conditions

To help us process your request quickly:

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the issue is a manufacturing defect.
  • Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
